The O’Malley School of Business is launching a brand new minor in Real Estate for enterprise college students, making ready them for careers in actual property acquisitions and growth, property administration, asset administration and monetary evaluation.

The talents college students will study within the Actual Property minor embrace design and planning, building administration, asset and property administration, and monetary structuring, fundraising, and valuation.
