An IPO for Elin Electronics, a provider of electronic manufacturing services, will be held next week on December 20 and will close on December 22. There is a price band of Rs 234-247 per share for the IPO. In total, the company plans to raise Rs 475 crore. Shares worth Rs 175 crore will be issued in a fresh issue, while Rs 300 crore will be sold in an offer for sale by promoters and shareholders.
